Santino Ferrucci and AJ Foyt Racing are looking strong as they head into the Indianapolis Motor Speedway race.

Ferrucci’s recent performance at the Children’s of Alabama Indy Grand Prix was his best road course finish since 2021. Despite starting 14th and having four full-course caution periods, the driver led 10 laps, driving the fastest on lap 34, before finishing in 7th place.

Ferrucci battled Colton Herta early in the race, driving with a clear goal in mind—to win.

“Santino drove a great race, and the crew nailed (the) pit stops,” Team president Larry Foyt said, adding that “you never know how the yellows will fall.”

Ferrucci is a force to be reckoned with, as he has finished in the top 10 of all his 500 races while driving for different teams.
