IndyCar 500 Driver Santino Ferrucci to Sign Autographs at the Tri-City Six-Pack
The Webco-sponsored IndyCar 500 driver and “2019 Indianapolis 500 Rookie of the Year” will be at the Tri-City Raceway on June 27th for the Six-Pack racing event, signing autographs in the Webco tent down “Autograph Alley.”
Although not a racer in this event, Santino loves the energy of the races. “It’s definitely interesting to be up there and watch those guys race. It’s fun and relaxing,” he said. “I wish I could race, but I can’t because I am in season,” he added.
Speaking of racing, his season is going well. Both AJ Foyt Enterprises’ teams finished in the top five in the Indy 500 for the first time in 20 years. For Santino’s part in this, he has finished in the top five for three races in a row. In addition, this is Santino’s seventh 500, and he has finished in the top ten every time. He is the only driver in the 109-year history of the Indianapolis 500 to accomplish this feat.
